HI! DR MY NAME IS NAKUL I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM GAS AND ACIDITY FROM LAST FEW MONTHS AND DUE TO THAT I FEEL UPPER STOMACH PAIN AND BACK PAIN I DO FREQUENTLY EXERCISE AS WELL IM TRYING TO CURE IT WITHOUT MEDICINE BUT COULDNT I WOULD BE GLAD TO GET YOUR SUGGESTION REGARDING MY PROBLEM. THANKS

Hi, I think it can be due to gastritis. You need some antacids. Drink lot of water and avoid spicy food. Also go for a ultrasound to rule out any gall bladder problem.
